The good news? You don’t have to stay trapped in that story. You can rewrite it, heal, and manifest a new reality.


What Is Scarcity Mindset?


Scarcity mindset can affect your ability to make and manifest more money and abundance.

A scarcity mindset is the belief that there will never be “enough.” Enough money. Enough opportunity. Enough love. Often, these beliefs come from early experiences: growing up with little, watching family struggle, or internalising messages that told you success belonged only to “other people.”


When you grow up surrounded by lack, your brain wires itself for survival, not expansion. That wiring can echo through adulthood as self-sabotage, guilt around money, or shrinking yourself when good things arrive.

Childhood is when we absorb beliefs about safety, belonging, and possibility. If your younger self grew up in chaos or poverty, it’s no surprise if your nervous system still whispers:

Step 1: Visualise the Scarcity Scene


Find a quiet moment. Recall a childhood memory of lack, not too overwhelming, just enough to connect with the feeling.

Now imagine the scene differently. Picture yourself receiving love, encouragement, money, or safety. Make it vivid.


Step 3: Anchor the New Feeling


Feel the difference in your body. Place your hand on your heart or press a thumb and finger together as a physical “anchor.”


Step 4: Merge Old and New


Invite your present self to comfort and empower your inner child. Let the new memory soften the old one.


Repeat this often. Over time, your subconscious begins to believe abundance is safe and natural for you.
