CANI – Constant and never-ending improvement. Why do you need CANI?

If you want to change your life, what’s the best way to go about it? Try a large dollop of CANI as the side dish to the buffet of your life. This is an idea that I first learned from Tony Robbins. And it’s this:

Constant. And. Never-ending. Improvement.

Why is this concept useful for you? Because it doesn’t require you to make massive changes on many levels all at once. There’s no striving for perfection, achieving overnight excellence or any other unrealistic expectation.

Instead there’s the acknowledge that tiny but constant improvements in your mindset, thinking patterns, actions and, most importantly, your habits, will over time bring about phenomenal changes within you. And this will show up in your life as:

* Feeling more confident in your abilities

* Easing into ways of being that sustain you

* Being able to focus and ignore unnecessary distractions

* A growing sense of peace within you

Start by listing three areas of your life that you want to improve. Ask yourself:

* What can I do to make this area of my life better?

* What tiny action can I take today towards improvement?

* Lather, rinse and repeat – each day!

Write these questions out and place them where you’ll see them daily to remind you to do your CANI.

Small daily improvement = incredible change!
