Protect Your Peace

Have you found that being surrounded by people who thrive on drama, arguments, anger and angst can affect you?


Your stress levels rise, brain fog descends and your energy is zapped. And you feel reactive, irritated and resentful. All you want to do is find a way to feel balanced instead of frazzled.


Here's what you need to do:


Protect. Your. Peace.


Like your whole life depends upon it.


Because actually, it really does. Allowing yourself to be pulled out of your peace will be detrimental to your mental health and wellbeing.


What to do?


Understand that you need to choose in the moment to stand still in your power. To become the stillness within the tornado. Just breathe through whatever is happening around you.


Then wait. Quietly. Silently. Powerfully.


A strange thing will happen. That person having a tantrum will eventually dissipate their energy. Burn themselves out. Blow the fuse and the machine will stop.


Then there will be a moment of reorientation...


And your peace will begin to affect them. Soothing their mind. Calming their energy. All without you having to lift a finger.


Protect your Energy


You see, when you learn to protect your peace, what you're really learning to do is to protect your energy long enough for it to build up. Into something so strong that it becomes impenetrable.


Then another strange thing will happen.


Those frustrated and angry people will either change completely or they'll simply fade out from your life. Gone and forgotten. And you'll find yourself surrounded by tranquility.


Never underestimate the power of choosing to be peaceful.


It's one of the fastest and most efficient ways to tap into the power of the Law of Attraction. It takes practice, commitment and a willingness to let go of the drama that plays in your mind. But the results will truly astound you.
